Sabrina Annlynn Carpenter Bio

Sabrina Annlynn Carpenter (born May 11, 1999) is an American actress and singer. Carpenter began her acting career in the form of her appearance in the crime series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and received her first the spotlight for her part as the younger version of Chloe Goodwin in the television show The Goodwin Games. From 2014 to 2017 she made her acting debut as Maya Hart on the Disney Channel's Girl Meets World series. Carpenter was a part of the feature films Horns (2013) and The Hate U Give (2018) and starred as Jenny in the Disney Channel Original Movie Adventures in Babysitting (2016). as a voice actress she was featured in a recurring part as Princess Vivian in the Disney Channel animated series Sofia the First from 2013 until 2018, and she voiced Melissa Chase on the Disney XD animated series Milo Murphy's Law from 2016 until 2019.In 2014, Carpenter was signed to Hollywood Records, and her debut EP called Can't Blame for a Girl for Trying, and debut single of the same name were released in the same year. Her debut album, Eyes Wide Open, in 2015 , and has since released three albums from her studio: Evolution (2016), Singular Act I (2018) and Singular: Act II (2019). Carpenter left Hollywood Records to sign with Island Records. She released "Skin" her debut single on the 22nd of January 2021.
